The ICGN programme is highly practical in nature. The ICGN Curriculum is designed as a flexible programme that is used as a certification and training programme covering all of the courses. The Curriculum is designed to increase the depth of your understanding of corporate governance, risk management and compliance issues to engender sustainable businesses. A previous knowledge of corporate governance risk management and compliance is not a must.

The aim of the Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Curricular Framework is to equip the Certified Corporate Governance Professional (CGPro) or Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Professional (GRCPro), with the knowledge and key skills necessary to function or act as adviser or serve as a consultant to governing authorities across the private, public and voluntary sectors.
