The Institute of Corporate Governance has a well structured and standardized Professional Corporate Governance Education tailored to meet the needs of the 21st century corporate practitioners at all levels and the requirement for our internationally recognized Certification, CCG (Certified Corporate Governor). CCG certification can be acquired either through Direct Mode or through Professional Membership Qualifying Examinations otherwise known as Certified Corporate Governor Qualifying Examination (CCGQE). CCG is awarded according to membership grade.  


  • ·Certified Corporate Governance Director (CGPro+++/CGD & GRCPro+++) or Fellow, Institute of Corporate Governance (FICG) for Fellows
  • ·Certified Associate Corporate Governance Director (ACGPro+++/CGD & GRCPro+++) or Associate Fellow, Institute of Corporate Governance (AFICG) for Associate Fellows
  • ·Certified Corporate Governance Manager (CGPro++/CGM & GRCPro++) or Member, Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG) for Full Members
  • ·Certified Corporate Governance Professional (CGPro+/CGP & GRCPro+) or Associate Institute of Corporate Governance (AICG) for Associate Member
