The President and Chairman of Council

ยทThe Institute is led by a President who is also the Chairman of the Governing Council. Mr. Jerry Okundaye is the President/Chairman of Council. He is a Competitive & Economic Intelligence Specialist; Governance Specialist, an Expert and a Promoter of sound Corporate Governance. He is the Chairman of Project Masterplan International Consulting (PMI Consulting). He is a member of the following global bodies:

  • Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), a global body offering comprehensive guidance, standards/ benchmarks, and tools for integrating governance, risk management and compliance (GRC).
  • Corporate Governance Benchmarking Association (CGBA), a global body which specializes in promoting and setting benchmarks for corporate governance.
  • Globethics, a global body which is promoting ethics and sound governance of institutions and nations.
  • Global Development Network (GDN), a global network of experts promoting development worldwide through knowledge sharing.
